Canadian International Oil Corp. (CIOC) is a privately held Canadian company with offices in Calgary, Alberta. Canadian International Oil (USA) Corp. (CIOC USA) is a subsidiary of CIOC with offices in Houston, Texas. CIOC has assembled accomplished teams of geoscientists, engineers and commercial personnel with substantial experience in conventional and unconventional plays.
CIOC is primarily focused on onshore oil and gas opportunities with potential for production of light-to-medium liquids. While our scope includes both conventional and unconventional plays, we emphasize unconventionals. We are building a portfolio of wholly-owned and operated projects, as well as selected joint ventures.
CIOC has acquired a significant acreage position and operates in Canada. CIOC is also pursuing an aggressive growth strategy to add projects internationally. CIOC USA hosts our technical and commercial evaluation teams in Houston. The majority of the CIOC Board of Directors and the Chairman and CEO are located in Calgary.
