What we doCIOC is primarily focused on onshore oil and gas opportunities with potential for production of light-to-medium liquids. While our scope includes both conventional and unconventional plays, we emphasize unconventionals. We are building a portfolio of wholly-owned and operated projects, as well as selected joint ventures. |

Where we operateThe majority of the CIOC Board of Directors and the Chairman and CEO are located in Calgary. Canadian International Oil Operating Corp. (CIOOC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIOC. CIOOC has acquired a significant acreage position in Alberta, and operates from the Calgary office. Canadian International Oil (USA) Corp. (CIOC USA) is the U.S. subsidiary in Houston. CIOC USA is responsible for international new ventures and provides technical and commercial development services to CIOC and the other subsidiaries. |
